VERY IMPORTANT
You MUST read our upper respiratory as well as other documents prior to creating a reservation. You acknowledge your cat can possibly catch a virus while boarding. There is very little we can to prevent an airborne virus from spreading, however, we are diligent in preventing contamination and do our best to decrease the chances of a virus spreading from cat to cat. You also acknowledge you have read and understand our flea protocol and agree to abide by our requests. A cat entering our hotel with even one flea will quickly spread to the entire group of cats present and we take this very seriously.
